Academic Collaboration with İstinye University:

Coordinating the Molecular Gastronomy Program

Advancing culinary education and sharing global standards with the next generation of chefs has always been a core mission of my career. In line with this vision, I had the privilege of serving as the Program Coordinator for the specialized "Molecular Gastronomy Certificate Program" at İstinye University Continuing Education Center (İSÜSEM) in Istanbul.
This intensive 40-hour program was designed to deliver foundational theory and advanced techniques in molecular gastronomy. Upon completing their academic and workshop training, students were awarded their international certificates before transitioning to hands-on internships at top international hotels. This academic partnership stands as a vital bridge connecting cutting-edge food science with the global hospitality industry.
